** All item you're allowed to reserve the item for 5 days before it will be open to next interested party, unless state otherwise

** All price exclude handling and shipping unless stated. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

** All payment must be made to my MAYBANK or CIMB account prior confirmation and before shipment.

** For installment plan, full payment are required, before the items can be shipped to all customers.

** For installment plan for more than 1 item, at least 50% deposit need to be kept for the remaining items, before at least 1 item could be shipped to the customers.

** All item is being selected carefully, taken care and inspected before shipping. Therefore, I should not be held accountable if there occurs any damage or your item during shipment.
